Parent, lead and be well

An integrated leadership practice for senior leaders raising families.

Built for the years when work and home demand the most of you at once.

We help leaders raising families…

  1. 01

Thread together the whole of their lives,

so health, relationships, and leadership are seen as the interdependent forces they are.

  2. 02

Show up more fully in the rooms that matter,

so the people in their families and on their teams feel seen, communication softens, and they lead from stability.

  3. 03

    Know themselves more deeply,

so they can read what their mind and body are telling them and respond with intention instead of reacting from stress, depletion, or old habit.

The individual running a P&L, raising a family, navigating their own health, and holding themselves and others together is one human, and they deserve a space that honors that and is integrated by design.

FAQ

Why bring leadership, health, and parenting into one conversation?

Because they are not separate. The same person is leading at work, raising a family, and caring for their own health, often all at once. Most support treats these as separate tracks. We believe the integration itself is the point.

What makes this different from leadership coaching, a parents group, or a wellness program?

It is none of those, and all of them at once. Your coach does not know your kids exist. Your doctor does not know you run a team. Your parenting group does not understand your work. We built one room where the whole of your life is finally in view, led by a physician, a parent advisor, and a leadership coach.

Is this practical or more reflective?

Both. You will leave with real tools and frameworks, but this is not about optimizing you. It is about resourcing you, so you can show up grounded in every room you are in.

Who is this for?

Parents and caregivers who lead, in every sense of the word. Whether you are early in your career or in the C-suite, raising toddlers or teenagers, if you are carrying more than is visible and craving people who understand without translation, you belong here.

How does this help organizations, not just individuals?

When senior leaders raising families are resourced as whole people, they stay, and they lead better. We help companies retain and support the parents and caregivers in their leadership ranks, not as a wellness perk, but as a real retention strategy.

Do you offer 1:1 support for individuals?

Yes. Alongside our gatherings and community, we offer 1:1 sessions across leadership, parenting, and health.
